CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION WITH GARY

the flintstone'S farm electric bill is $500 AVERAGE A MONTH!

Glad to see you continued the conversation with me, Gary!  Hey Fred and Wilma I added up how much you spent on your electric bills last year and you paid a whopping $6,005.59 Fred & Wilma I'm going to amaze you both . . .

Let's get started with your thoughts and ideas, first!

gary, WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR our FARM & family?

Hey! Gary,  it seems every year we loose power due to weather for hours at a time and last year we lost our power for a couple of days,  It was miserable.

We know solar alone does not keep our power on by itself.   We have considered a generator but, we are curious to learn about a strategy we can be completely electricity independent.

Whereas, if we loose electricity for 10 minutes, 10 hours or 10 days our farm and home keep running automatically regardless of what Mother Nature or man made crisis throws at us.

Gary, do you have some thoughts on how we can ZERO OUT ($0) our electric bill every month and integrate a generator and maybe new technology batteries to keep our electricity on and free no matter what happens?  I mean I don't even want to see my lights flicker!  I DO NOT want to get out in the middle of the night in the rain, lightening wind and hail to fiddle with a generator that will not start, have to refill fuel, extensions cords laid across the kitchen and bathrooms.  Our water well pump down, Heat or Cooling off, TV's off, Internet off!

GARY, DO YOU FEEL ME?

YES!  FRED AND WILMA!  I FEEL YOU AND I CAN DESIGN A SYSTEM THAT WILL ACCOMPLISH ALL THAT YOU ASK FOR!  REALLY!

First, I would like to identify a very certain truth!

Since, we live in Rural Texas or Oklahoma and experience a severe storm at night and loose power for hours, days, weeks or even longer.

Life as we know it would be miserable without electricity for water pumps, refrigeration, lighting, cooling, heating and more.

Now, seriously think about it . . .  Would the power company first, restore power  to  thousands in towns and cities before  restoring power to 10's or even hundreds of remote rural homes, farms, ranches, businesses and oil leases?

EVERY YEAR WE SEE ON THE NEWS DURING HURRICANE SEASON UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST STORMS TAKING OUT POWER FOR DAYS, WEEKS EVEN MONTHS.

EVERY SPRING AND SUMMER IN TEXAS & OKLAHOMA WE HAVE DANGEROUS STORMS AND CAT 1-5 TORNADOES.  EACH YEAR IS A CRAP SHOOT IF OUR HOMES ARE TARGET HITS OR WE SUFFER FROM THE LINES DOWN A HUNDRED MILES FROM US . . .

A very sobering and honest question!

Gary, very interesting & concerning to say the least.  Do you think this would ever happen for an extended period of time?   We can't even imagine being without power during a storm at night time or anytime for any amount of time!

It seems like this would be very expensive and difficult to achieve . . .

It is not difficult for 4Q POWER to design and build a solar based system to accomplish all of your goals!

-and-

It can be very cost effective!  Allow me to explain . . .

First, I need 12 months of your past electric bills to size your system accurately!

OPTION 1 - SOLAR AND WHOLE HOUSE GENERAC LP GENERATOR WITH AUTO-START FOR WHENEVER YOU LOOSE ELECTR

As you mentioned previously solar by itself will not keep the power on.  Solar can reduce your monthly electric bill to $0 a month saving $6,000+ annually and also create a second use such as covered parking for animals, vehicles, tractors, implements, work shop, garage and really limited only by your imagination.

With a LP generator tightly integrated into your solar system will provide automatic recovery from power outage within a few seconds.  You will not have to brave the dangerous wet storm and go outside to start and fumble with an adhoc generator.  You will not loose your internet or your tv due to loss of power!

After we have flown our drone over your property and rendered an Eagle's Eye View is where we begin . . .   Solar needs to face 180 degrees due south and at a pitch of 25-34 degrees for the best sun harvesting into electricity throughout the year.  So,  I have oriented the survey photo oriented North on top and facing South on bottom.

Now, begin "thinking out-loud" with Wilma and your neighbors and share your ideas on how a second use can be imagined . . . then let me know your ideas, so I can design and build it!

Wilma, what do you think about what Gary has discussed about solar so far?

He has brought up some things we have never considered.  Can you imagine you me and the kids without power for any amount of time?  What would we do?

What would grandma do all by herself?  We would need to consider making her safe too!  I know one thing we don't want to wait to be in a crisis and then ask this question . . .

I really like Gary and how he is answering all of our questions and feel really good about his expertise.

But, I don't want to be looking at an ugly ol' solar system which might take away from my enjoyment of all the wildlife roaming Bedrock!

Hey, Neighbor's!  I was talking with Dino Delong who has had solar for a 1000 years and he said, " I get all of my electricity for free every year".  He mentioned at the end of 1019 he had a credit to be applied toward their January 1020 Electric Bill!

Can you believe that we spend $500 Armadillo Bones a month easy on electricity!  That's over $6,000 a year!  Ooooh! Not Good!

Gary, we have a large workshop in the southwest corner.  In the workshop I work on several classic cars at the same time and require 240V for welder, machining, drill presses, compressors and the like.

Are you sure solar can provide power for all of these power tools at the same time?

Gary, when you design our solar system would you provide some covered parking for Dino,

Flintstone Tractor, Flintstone F250

and Flintstone Boulder BBQ?

Solar design provides 95%+ of total annual electricity usage.

After carefully listening to Fred & Wilma I suggested a "Lean To" design and designed for 4-6 covered parking places for DINO, Flintstone Mobile, Flintstone Tractor and Flintstone rock BBQ grill . . .
