Due to the unique nature of a NEV or LSV "Low Speed Vehicle" there is no State requirement for driver to possess a valid state issued driver license. However, 4Q Power offers a NEV/LSV Training for behind the wheel driving and written tests for unlicensed drivers 14 - 16 years old. The fee for this instruction and testing is $125.
